Frequently asked questions

If your Flight arrives between ( 12 Am – Midnight and 10 am )

You will need to book your accommodation that has you arriving the night before.

EG. Flight QF 111 arrives at 1.30 am on the 10th of January – you will need to book for the 9Th of January

If you don’t do this and arrive at the motel we will not be able to book you into a room. PLEASE NOTE  : If you take another envelope from our Express Check In safe that is not yours then you will be charged for the relocation costs of the other guests that had a booking at the Winnellie Hotel.

Be sure to follow your late arrivals email for access to the safe to retrieve your Named Envelope with your key in it.

During normal opening hours after 2pm you will need to go to the Sports Bar where one of the bar staff will check you in and give you you room key.

After hours arrivals will need to follow the email instructions sent at the time of your booking. The Access codes for our safe will have been sent ( the Safe is located on the wall to the left side of the Reception Door
